Refund policy

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once money has been used to unlock content. Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up on request to our support email.

If a payment was deducted but your wallet was not credited, contact us with the payment ID and we will resolve it within 3 working days.
